VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It offers adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett V10. It has a larger deck and also has the new clamp, which is similar to the clamps you find in the Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw in the VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I really preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was equally strong as the Rion but it had two additional security features.
It is available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will like because she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks it when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded is also used as a bag hook once the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of a single motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much of it when reviewing the specs sheet. However, once I got a chance to ride the 9+, I was blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping pace.
I normally gravitate towards the powerful scooters, but I could see my self having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery models of the eight initially. Two versions will be that of 15.6 amp hour version with Chinese batteries, and the second will comprise the one with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett V10.
With the electric braking, rear drum brake and solid front tire it will assist in keeping maintenance low. It comes with both rear and front swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills as well as have a greater maximum speed and will never have flats like that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black and is said to be an upgrade from the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett V10.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that measure just 3 inches long. It comes with a strong clamp that looks like similar to the clamp on it’s RION scooters.
It does have an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I believe it’s a good method to avoid controller harm due to overheating.
I love I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding due to the fact that the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook used to secure the scooter together can also be used to hook as a hanger for a bag or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating, none of the distributors warranty damages caused by water. The 10+ deck is bigger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.
I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final prototype, I found they didn’t come with any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d include EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks come in a traditional size so that it is easy to buy and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
So, you’ve had enough about costumes, you likely were looking for specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still an 60V battery. I’d like to had come up with a 72V battery but I’m sure they’ll release another 72V version in the near future. It does offer dual stems , which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode like the 10+ that is only for 2 minutes , then it shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, but I’d like to see it used on future models. Vsett V10.
