Vsett scooters came along and have taken the electric scooter market by storm , introducing some remarkable moves. Vsett Manual. For instance the fact that GoTrax has been struggling to equip their scooters with suspension, the cheapest of the Vsett scooters comes with two spring suspension systems.
Alternatively, while Minimotors is unable to get its scooters certified IP however, all Vsett’s models are rated IP54 which makes them extremely reliable as year-round scooters. It’s important to note that every Vsett scooter comes complete with the NFC keys card immobiliser, that shows how serious the company is about its craft when it comes to intelligent scooter design.
Vsett Intelligent Technology Co is just a few years old in the electric scooter world, but they are an entity that all scooting enthusiasts should be keeping in mind. The Vsett 9+ is one of these marvels. The intricate craftsmanship is detailed to the tee. If you’re amazed by the curved design of handlebars or the low weight of this dual-motor scooter- there’s plenty to tickle your fancy. It’s quick and can cover long distances- excellent qualities for anyone looking to purchase a commuter scooter. Vsett Manual.
The scooter doesn’t weigh tons as do other dual-motor and dual suspension capacity battery-powered performance scooters. Additionally, it comes with Vsett’s unique Triple Stem Locking Mechanism that makes the scooter a good choice to take it on public transportation or the trunk of your vehicle.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than the VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as collapsible handlebars. Vsett Manual. It is larger than the deck, as well as an upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones you see on Rion scooters. Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I actually preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had a Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was equally robust as the Rion however it came with two extra security features.
It’s available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she is a sucker for all things teal. It also locks in its own when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding, doubles up as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it comes with dual motors instead of one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking about it while looking at it on a specification sheet. However, once I got a chance to ride it, I was blown amazed at how quick and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was about to fly off and leave the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping up.
I usually prefer super-powered scooters however I could easily see myself using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it could weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is an entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles of actual usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries models of the eight initially. The two models will have the 15.6 amp-hour version with Chinese batteries, and the second will comprise the one with 21 amps with LG batteries. Vsett Manual.
With the electric brake, rear drum brake and a solid front tire it will assist in keeping maintenance low. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension which should make a difference to the spring suspension that is small that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar as it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It is specifically designed to climb higher hills as well as have a greater speeds, and does not have flats as compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is believed to be a step up from the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Manual.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires, which are 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.
There is an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I believe it’s a good option to protect the controller from damages by overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ locks into itself when folded, because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to transport. The hook used to secure the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets when running into a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has a water resistant rating however, none of the distributors will warrant water damage. This deck, 10+ is larger than the 10X deck, which means it should be very large.
I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version I realized that they didn’t come with any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are a traditional size which makes it simple to purchase and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see an image of the VSETT 11+, I instantly think of Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Okay, that’s enough about costumes, you likely were looking for specs. The VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still a 60V battery. I’d like to have created this with a 72V battery but I bet they will release a 72V version in the near future. It does offer dual stems , which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11-inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode like the 10+ that only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re using for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, but I’d like to see it in future renditions. Vsett Manual.
