VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 9 Vs 8

The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to the VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 9 Vs 8. It has a larger deck, as well as an upgraded clamp that is similar to the clamps you find with the Rion scooters.

The clamp I saw in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I actually prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however it came with two additional security features.

It is available in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will like because she loves anything teal. It also locks into its own when folded. The hook that holds it in place after folding, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what impressed me the most.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking about it while reviewing it on a spec sheet. However, once I got the chance to test ride it, I was blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ behind but it turned out to be capable of keeping pace.

I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could see me taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it would weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of air even on flat ground.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 9 Vs 8

The VSETT 8 is the entry-level, cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock and an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries variants of this 8 at first. Two versions will be one of the 15.6 amp-hour version using Chinese batteries, and the second version will include the version with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 9 Vs 8.

With the electric brake with rear drum brake as well as the solid back tire will assist in keeping maintenance low. It has front and rear swing arm suspension that can be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found that comes with the ZERO 8

VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It is specifically designed to climb higher hills as well as have a greater top speed, and does not have flats like that of the VSETT 8.

vsett 10

The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is believed to be a step up from the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 9 Vs 8.

The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are 3 inches wide. It offers the strong clamp that resembles that of the RION scooters.

It does come with a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I believe it’s a good method to avoid controller damage from overheating.

I love that the VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook used to lock the scooter together can also be used to hook up as a hook for bags or helmets when running into a store.

It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter is equipped with an IP44 rating for water resistance, no distributor will warranty damages caused by water. This deck, 10+ is much larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.

I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final prototype, I found they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d have EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.

The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size, making it easy to find and set up a replacement.

Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+, I immediately imagine Captain America. There are some who have expressed their disgust for the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I imagine getting dressed up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.

Well you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably were looking for specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks as if it came off of motorcyle.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would had come up with a 72V battery but I bet they will release another 72V version in the near future. It does offer dual stems , which is always nice for stability.

The 11+ has 11-inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode like the 10+ that is only for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.

I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re seeing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t utilize the unique clamp, but I would love to see it in future renditions. Vsett 9 Vs 8.
