When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I really liked the clamp that was on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. I think the Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion however it came with two extra security features.

It comes in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will like because she’s a fan of everything teal. It also locks into itself when folded. The hook used to lock it into place when folded can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

But, when I finally got a chance to ride the 9+, I was completely blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to fly off and leave the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping up.

I usually prefer powerful scooters, however I could easily see me using the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it could weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+ that is only for 2 minutes , then it shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.

I wish the 11+ had the same clamp that we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, however I’d love to see it in future models. Vsett 9+ Tires.
