The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter, so I didn’t think much about it when looking at the specs sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive it, I was completely blown away by how fast and responsive the motorbike is. I was thinking that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be capable of keeping up.
I usually prefer high powered scooters but I could see myself taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it would weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get plenty of air even on flat ground.

The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles of actual usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.

It does come with a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, but I think it is an good option to protect the controller from harm from overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ folds in itself once folded, because the ZERO 10X does not making it hard for portability. The hook used to keep the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for the bag you carry or your helmet when running into a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter does have water-resistant ratings but none of the distributors will guarantee water damage. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X deck, which means it is expected to be very big.
I saw many images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype, I found they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with the EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are a traditional size which makes it easy to buy and set up a replacement.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which is only for two minutes, and then shuts down after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are seeing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. Not sure why they didn’t use the innovative clamp however I’d love to see it used on future models. Vsett 9+ Colombia.
