The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I really preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was equally strong as the Rion however, it was equipped with two additional security features.
It comes in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife would love because she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks into its own when folded. The hook that holds it into place when folded, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact color as the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think about it while reviewing the specs sheet. However, once I got the chance to test ride the 9+, I was blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I thought the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be able to keep up.
I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could definitely see me taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop the 9+ and you’re able to get a ton of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is an entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.

The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It offers the strong clamp that looks like that of the RION scooters.
It does come with an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, however I believe it’s an good option to protect the controller from damages by overheating.
I like I love the fact that VSETT 10+ is able to fold into itself when folded due to the fact that the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for the bag you carry or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Even though the scooter has a water resistant rating however, no distributor will warranty damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final model, I found they do not have an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d include the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are a traditional size, making it simple to purchase and set up a replacement.

Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly imagine Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure with the color of the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is an 60V battery. I would like to have made this using a 72V battery but I’m betting they’ll launch a 72V version in the future. It has dual stems which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It also has a sport mode like the 10+ which only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I wish the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp used in the zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future versions. Vsett 8 Unlock Speed.
