VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 8 Speed Limiter. It has a larger deck, as well as an upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones you see with the Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9 as well as Rion personally, I really liked the clamp on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was equally strong as the Rion however it came with two extra security features.
It is available in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she loves everything teal. It also locks into it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of one motor. It is available in the same color as the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter which is why I didn’t think much about it when looking at the specs sheet. But, when I finally got the chance to test ride the 9+, I was completely blown away by how fast and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was going to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters but I could see my self taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight for me, but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is an entry-level, budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph in a single motor and get about 25 miles of real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery versions of the 8 first. The two variants will include that of 15.6 amp-hour version that uses Chinese batteries, and the second version will comprise the one with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 8 Speed Limiter.
With its electric brakes front drum brake, rear drum brake and a solid rear tire, it can aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It comes with the front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical to it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It is built to go up higher slopes, have a higher maximum speed and will never have flats compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step above that of the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Speed Limiter.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to the one on the RION scooters.
It does come with an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes before taking an interval of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, but I find it to be an good way to prevent controller damage from overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded, due to the fact that the ZERO 10X isn’t making it hard for portability. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together doubles as a hanger for a bag or your helmet when running into a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance, no distributor will guarantee water damage. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X deck, which means it will be much larger.
I saw many videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype I realized that they didn’t come with any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d include one of the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are a traditional size which makes it simple to purchase and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
Well enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that appears like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is an 60V battery. I do wish they would have made this using the 72V battery however I’m sure they’ll release an equivalent 72V model in the future. It comes with dual stems which is always nice to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It also has a sport mode like the 10+, but it is only for two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ had the same clamp that we are seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t utilize the unique clamp, but I would love to see it in future renditions. Vsett 8 Speed Limiter.
