VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 8 Review. It comes with a bigger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones you see with those Rion scooters.

The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I actually liked the clamp that was on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just a Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as robust as the Rion but it had two safety features.

It’s available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she’s a fan of everything teal. It also locks itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it into place when folded is also used as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it comes with dual motors instead of just one motor. It is available in the same colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ impressed me the most.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while looking at the specs sheet. But, when I finally got the chance to test ride the 9+ I was blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping pace.

I usually prefer powerful scooters, however I could easily see me using the 9+ for a regular driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it might weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned to bunny hop the 9+ and was able to get tons of air even on flat ground.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 8 Review

The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two batteries variants of this 8 first. The two versions will be the 15.6 amp hour model that uses Chinese batteries, and the second will be the 21 amp hour version that uses LG batteries. Vsett 8 Review.

With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it should assist in keeping maintenance low. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the smaller spring suspension found included in the ZERO 8

The VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical with it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was specifically designed to climb higher hills and has a higher top speed, and will never have flats as compared to that of the VSETT 8.

It does come with a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I believe it’s a good way to prevent controller harm by overheating.

I love that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold in itself once folded since the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together can also be used to hook as a hanger for bags or helmets while you’re in a store.

It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance, none of the distributors warranty the damage caused by water. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X so it should be very large.

I saw a ton of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the prototype to its final version I realized that they didn’t come with an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d come with the EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still it is a 60V battery. I would like to had come up with a 72V battery but I bet they will release another 72V version in the future. It does offer dual stems which can be very helpful for stability.

The 11+ has 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+ that only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.

I would like to see the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it on future models. Vsett 8 Review.
