VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 8 Pro. It has a larger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones you see in the Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp that was on VSETT 9 as well as Rion on the street, I preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. I think the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.
It comes in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will love since she’s a fan of all things teal. It also locks it when folded. Hooks used to secure it into place when folded can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much of it when reviewing the specs sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride it, I was blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I was thinking that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust however, it was able to keep up.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, but I could see my self using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it would be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop 9+ and was able to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles actual usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries variants of this 8 at first. Two variants will include that of 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries. The other version will be the 21 amp hour version using LG batteries. Vsett 8 Pro.
With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid back tire will aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It offers the front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be a significant improvement over the smaller spring suspension found that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical to it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It’s built to go up higher slopes and has a higher maximum speed and never have flats like the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step up from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Pro.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It comes with a strong clamp that looks similar to similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.
It does come with a sport mode button that is only active for two minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, however I find it to be a good method to avoid controller damages from overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold into itself when folded, since the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together can also be used to hook up as a hook for bags or helmets when running into a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with a water resistant rating however, no distributor will guarantee damages caused by water. This deck, 10+ is much larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype I realized that they don’t have an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would include one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are a traditional size which makes it easy to find and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see the VSETT 11+, I instantly think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, chances are you came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that appears like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is it is a 60V battery. I would like to had come up with a 72V battery but I’m sure they’ll release a 72V version in the near future. It comes with dual stems which is always nice to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+ that only lasts 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, but I’d like to see it in future renditions. Vsett 8 Pro.
