VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 10 X. It comes with a bigger deck, as well as an upgraded clamp which is comparable to the clamps you find with those Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I prefer the clamps that was on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was equally robust as the Rion however, it was equipped with two additional safety features.
It comes in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will like because she is a sucker for anything teal. It also locks into it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding, doubles up as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it comes with dual motors instead of one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think much about it when studying it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride it, I was completely blown away by how fast and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters but I could definitely see me taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it would be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop 9+ and you’re able to get plenty of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level, budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles of actual usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries versions of the 8 first. The two models will have that of 15.6 amp hour version with Chinese batteries and the other will include the version with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett 10 X.
With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and a solid back tire can help to keep maintenance down. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the spring suspension that is small that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills and has a higher maximum speed and will never have flats compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is believed to be a step above the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10 X.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles that of it’s RION scooters.
It does have a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I think it is an good way to prevent controller damages from overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold in itself once folded, because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to transport. The hook used to lock the scooter together also doubles into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance, none of the distributors will guarantee damages caused by water. This deck, 10+ is much larger than the 10X deck, which means it is expected to be very big.
I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the prototype to its final version I discovered that they didn’t come with an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are a traditional size, making it easy to buy and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+, I instantly visualize Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure with the color of the VSETT 11+, however I am a fan of the style. I could imagine myself getting dressed in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is a 60V battery. I would like to had come up with an a 72V battery, but I’m sure they’ll release a 72V version in the future. It has dual stems , which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It comes with a sport mode like the 10+ that only lasts for 2 minutes , then it shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re using on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, however I’d love to see it in future models. Vsett 10 X.
