The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ impressed me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much of it when studying it on a spec sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride the 9+, I was blown amazed by how swift and responsive the motorbike is. I thought the 10+ was going to take off leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.
I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could definitely see myself having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get a ton of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level, cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles of actual usage. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two battery variants of this 8 initially. The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It offers the strong clamp that looks similar to the one on RION scooters. RION scooters.
It does have a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, but I think it is a good method to avoid controller harm from overheating.
I like I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to transport. The hook used to lock the scooter together doubles as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating but no distributor will warrant the damage caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.
I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype, I found they do not have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with the EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are of a standard size, making it easy to buy and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at the VSETT 11+, I instantly imagine Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the color of the VSETT 11+, however I love the design. I imagine getting dressed up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks as if it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still an 60V battery. I do wish they would have created this with the 72V battery however I bet they will release a 72V version in the near future. It has dual stems , which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It has a sport mode like the 10+ that only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp used in the zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, but I would love to see it on future versions. Vsett 10+ Vs Zero 10x.
