Vsett scooters came along and took the electric scooter industry by storm with some remarkable decisions. Vsett 10 R. For example the fact that GoTrax has had a difficult time equipping their scooters with suspension, even the cheapest of the Vsett scooters rocks a dual spring suspension system.
Alternatively, while Minimotors is unable to get its scooters certified IP however, all Vsett’s models are IP54-certified which means they are extremely efficient as all-year-round scooters. VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 10 R. It has a larger deck and also has the upgraded clamp that is similar to the clamps you find with the Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9, and Rion on the street, I really prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. I think the Rion clamp is very strong, however it just had an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as strong as the Rion however it came with two extra safety features.
It is available in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will love since she is a sucker for all things teal. It also locks into itself when folded. The hook that holds it in place after folding can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It is available in the same colour of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think much of it when studying it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive it, I was blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be capable of keeping pace.
I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters however I could easily see myself having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight for me, but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter made to go up to 25 mph as well as get about 25 miles real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two batteries models of the eight initially. Two variants will include that of 15.6 amp-hour version that uses Chinese batteries and the other version will comprise the one with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 10 R.
With the electric brake with rear drum brake as well as a solid back tire will help to keep maintenance down. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be a significant improvement over the small spring suspension in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar as VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It is specifically designed to climb higher hills, have a higher speeds, and never have flats compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black and is said to be a step above it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10 R.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It comes with a strong clamp that looks like the one on it’s RION scooters.
There is an option for sport mode that can only activate for 2 minutes, and then take a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, however I believe it’s an good method to avoid controller damages from overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold into itself when folded since the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook used to lock the scooter together can also be used to hook as a hanger for bags or helmets while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with an IP44 rating for water resistance however, no distributor will warrant water damage. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final model, I found they do not have an EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it simple to purchase and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+, I immediately imagine Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well that’s enough about costumes, chances are you were looking for specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that appears like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is an 60V battery. I would like to have made this using an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the future. It does offer dual stems which is always a nice feature for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It has a sport mode like the 10+ which only lasts 2 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t use the innovative clamp but I’d like to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 10 R.
