Vsett scooters came and revolutionized the electric scooter industry by storm , introducing some remarkable moves. Vestjysk Bank. For example, while GoTrax has been struggling to equip their scooters with suspensions, the cheapest Vsett scooters comes with suspension with two springs.
However, while Minimotors doesn’t get its scooters certified IP, all of Vsett’s models are IP54 certified, making them highly reliable as year-round scooters. It’s important to note that every Vsett scooter comes with an NFC keys card immobiliser, which shows how seriously the company takes its job in terms of intelligent scooter design.
Vsett Intelligent Technology Co is only a few years old in the world of electric scooters and yet they’re an entity that all scooting enthusiasts should keep in mind. The Vsett 9+ is one this kind of marvel. The fine craftsmanship is described to the point of perfection. You may be awed by the curving design on the handles, or the low weight of this dual-motorized scooter, there’s plenty to tickle your fancy. This 9+ model is fast and can travel large distances – a fantastic feature for anyone looking to purchase a commuter scooter. Vestjysk Bank.
The scooter does not weigh tons, like other dual motor, dual suspension, large battery capacity performance scooters. Even better, the scooter comes with Vsett’s unique three-stem locking system, making the scooter a good choice to carry onto public transportation or in the trunk of your car.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vestjysk Bank. It comes with a bigger deck, as well as an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones you see in those Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp that was on VSETT 9, and Rion on the street, I liked the clamp for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it was just the Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion but it had two additional safety features.
It comes in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife would love because she’s a fan of all things teal. It also locks itself when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it comes with dual motors instead of one motor. It is available in the same color as the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while studying the specs sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was going to take off leaving the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping pace.
I normally gravitate towards the powerful scooters, but I could see myself using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me but to some it would weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get plenty of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock and an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery versions of the 8 initially. The two versions will be one of the 15.6 amp hour version with Chinese batteries, and the second version will include the version with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vestjysk Bank.
With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it will assist in keeping maintenance low. It comes with the front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It’s specifically designed to climb higher hills, have a higher maximum speed and will never have flats compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step up from the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vestjysk Bank.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are just 3 inches long. It offers the strong clamp that resembles that of it’s RION scooters.
There is a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature but I think it is a good option to protect the controller from damage due to overheating.
I like I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded due to the fact that the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together doubles up as a hook for the bag you carry or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Even though the scooter has water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors will warranty water damage. This deck, 10+ is much larger than the 10X deck, which means it is expected to be very big.
I saw many videos and photos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version, I found they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to find and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+, I automatically imagine Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the color of the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
So, that’s enough about costumes, you probably were looking for specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks like it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is an 60V battery. I do wish they would have made this using an a 72V battery, but I bet they will release an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It comes with two stems which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It comes with a sport mode like the 10+ that only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re experiencing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t use the new clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future models. Vestjysk Bank.
